ASSURE is an initiative to transform India’s carbon- and energy-intensive real estate sector by promoting High Performance Buildings (HPBs). As part of this initiative, the Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS), supported by Infosys Limited, invites you to transform your approach to building design with this comprehensive, fully funded* programme on HPBs.

This is a multi-format immersive learning programme that aims to upskill young working professionals / students and thus develop an ecosystem of service providers and sustainability-focused businesses and institutions to promote, design, implement, and operate High Performance Buildings (HPBs) at scale. The programme comprises the following components:

· Self-paced online learning modules (11 modules, about 60-90 minutes each)

· Instructor-led online webinars (3-4 sessions spread over 2 weeks)

· Immersive workshops (2-day immersive sessions and 1-day guided HPB tours) in multiple Indian cities

· Access for two months to building performance simulation software

In addition, you will get access to an interactive online 3D game on HVAC after completion of the programme.

* Which of the above components will be available to you and which must be completed mandatorily (and which are optional) to get a certificate of completion may vary based on whether you are a working professional from the industry, or a faculty registering for a faculty development workshop, or a student joining through your institution. These details will be communicated later.
